BORDER-TOP-CHARS attribute

The thickness, in character units, of the border at the top of the frame or dialog box.

Data type: DECIMAL

Access: Readable

Applies to: DIALOG-BOX widget, FRAME widget

This attribute returns zero if the BOX attribute for the widget is FALSE.
